Characteristics and History:
lychee requires seasonal high temperatures for a yielding blossom period and good fruits. Warm and humid summer months means the harvest to be fine. Cool winter months and small quantities of rain are the required conditions for lychee. The lychees are especially grown in the woodland coast of California.
Lyche likes the sun. but the young lyche saplings should be protected from strong winds and frostbites. The lyche trees need organically rich and dry soil structure. Besides they are also sensitive against the quantity of salt in the soil or in the watering water.

Fareast countries like Thailand, Malaysia, China ad Madagascar and South Africa
Uses:
It is a useful fruit for the improvement of the skeleton system and bones, as to the nutrients and minerals it contains. Helps the teeth to develop healthily , is efficient in hemoglobin formation.
How and Where to Use?
Cover peeled easily. Do not eat the seed. This delicious fruit will be adding a relieving exotic aroma and taste to your salads, ice creams etc
