Cutting Kiwi
The easiest way is to cut the kiwi in half and eat it with a spoon. Another method is to peel the kiwi and take of the lower and upper hard parts and cut it in circular slices
Cutting Kiwi : if you are not going to consume the kiwi at the moment, you should buy the hard ones. A kiwi to be eaten should be soft when slightly squeezed in hand. Kiwi should be consumed before it gets too soft . A very soft kiwi squashed inside and blackish green is spoilt and has no good taste.
Storing Kiwi :
On the contrary to most estimates, Kiwi is a subtropical fruit, not tropical. That is why I should be kept in the fridge. If you wish the kiwi to become ripe quickly, keep it in a plastic bag with an apple, pear or banana. These fruits secrete the ethylene gas which makes the kiwi and avocado ripe faster.
